All that is left of the Chook House. It last housed birds
back in the 1970’s but foxes would always beat us. At
one stage I fenced a dog pen that surrounded this
chook yard on three of its four sides, for night time
protection but then the foxes would grab them of a
day when they were let out. And they had to be let
out – what a waste of fabulous feed around the sheds
and yards not to.
